BLUEBERRY ICE-CREAM!
Making homemade blueberry ice cream is a delightful way to enjoy the sweetness of blueberries in a refreshing frozen treat. Here's a simple recipe for you:
 Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar or your preferred sweetener (adjust to taste)
 1 cup whole milk
 2 cups heavy cream
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 Instructions:
Prepare Blueberries: If using fresh blueberries, rinse them under cold water and remove any stems. If using frozen blueberries, thaw them slightly.
Blend Blueberries: In a blender or food processor, puree the blueberries until smooth. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds, but this step is optional.
Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pureed blueberries, sugar (or sweetener), whole milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Chill Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
Churn: Once chilled, pour the blueberry mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze: Transfer the churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container. Use a spatula to spread it evenly. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap.
Final Freeze: Allow the ice cream to freeze in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until it's firm enough to scoop.
Serve: Once the blueberry ice cream is fully frozen, scoop it into bowls or cones and enjoy! You can garnish it with fresh blueberries or a sprig of mint for an extra touch
