- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed pork rinds (for topping, optional)

- Thinly slice the zucchini and yellow squash. You can use a mandoline slicer for even slices.
- Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3: Layer the Vegetables - In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange half of the zucchini and yellow squash slices in an even layer.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread the sautéed onions and garlic over the first layer of squash.
