- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 eggs, or 2 flax eggs
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 2 tbsp dutch cocoa/additional regular
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup granulated erythritol/regular sugar
- 1 cup fine almond flour
Instructions - Set the oven to 350 degrees. An 8-inch pan should be greased. Mix each component thoroughly. Spread into the pan evenly. If necessary, use a second layer of parchment to smooth down. They will continue to firm up if you let them cool completely after baking for 20 minutes on the centre rack. If you refrigerate very lightly covered for an entire night, they also become much more firm. Whether or not the brownies have icing, they are wonderful.
