Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
2 large eggs

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Prepare the Bread Dough:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese in the microwave. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and salt.
Add the melted mozzarella cheese to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Then, beat the eggs and add them to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Shape the Bread:
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a spatula to shape it into a rectangle or oval shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake the Bread:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Garlic Topping:
While the bread is baking, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper (if using) in a small bowl.
