1-2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil (for cooking)

1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pickles, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
1/4 cup sliced avocado
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon sugar-free ketchup (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef Patties:
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions
Form each portion into a loose ball. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
Place the beef balls in the skillet and use a spatula to smash them down into thin patties. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes on the other side. Adjust cooking time based on your preferred level of doneness.
Remove patties from the skillet and set aside.
Assemble the Bowls:
In each bowl, start with a base of shredded lettuce.
Top with cherry tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and avocado slices.
Add the cooked beef patties on top.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar-free ketchup if using. Adjust to taste.
Serve:
Drizzle the sauce over the bowls.
