Todays my lunch is Kinrei's Osaka Shio Gensui Yuzu Fragrance Rich and Delicious Salt Ramen.(大阪 塩元帥 ゆず香るコク旨塩ラーメン). The soup has a rich flavor that brings out the umami of chicken bones, pork bones, kelp, bonito flakes, and vegetables. The fragrant burnt onions and the refreshing aroma of yuzu accentuate the soup. The noodles are flat and easy to swallow. Toppings include roasted pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, burnt onions, yuzu peel, threaded chili peppers, and I add seasoned eggs this time.
