I mean, who could resist the crispy, flaky pastry?! I couldn't find it in Wuhan and I missed it so much that I even tried to create a knock-off home-made version using spring roll wrap because c'mon - there is definitely no filo dough in Wuhan. Well, I finally found the spanakopita that I was looking for in Toronto and of course it was amazing - craving satisfied, finally, after 7 years!
