Ideal as a side dish for dinner or a tasty snack, this recipe is not only easy to make but also incredibly low in carbs. The crispy texture and cheesy coating make these Brussels sprouts irresistible, even for those who might not typically enjoy them. It's a fantastic way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet while still enjoying a delicious treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
