I didn't have fresh basil and thyme so I used dried, neither did I have parsley (not a staple in my kitchen) - but this still turned out very well. I'm writing down Ina's measurements below as a guide, but I was actually just winging it all along.... Ingredients: 3 tbsp olive oil (I must have used more) 2 cloves garlic (I definitely have used much, much more!) cherry tomatoes 2 pints cherry tomatoes (I didn't measure mine - but what you'll see in the picture are already the leftovers) 2 tbsps fresh basil (I used dried) 2 tbsps fresh flat-leaf parsley (I skipped this) 2 tsps fresh thyme leaves (I used dried) 1 tsp kosher salt (I used Himalayan pink salt) 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper Procedure: Saute garlic in olive oil, add the tomatoes, salt & pepper, and the herbs. | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
