Keto Butter Pie

By deiv3 on September 5, 2024

This keto cheesecake with an almond flour crust offers a delectable and satisfying dessert option for those following a low-carb lifestyle. The recipe ingeniously replaces traditional high-carb ingredients with keto-friendly alternatives, creating a rich and flavorful treat without compromising on taste. The almond flour crust, made with a blend of almond flour, melted butter, a large egg, and Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener, not only adds a delightful nuttiness but also provides a perfect foundation for the creamy cheesecake filling.

The filling, a velvety mixture of Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener, melted butter, softened cream cheese, and eggs, comes together seamlessly with the help of a hand mixer. The result is a smooth and luscious texture that bakes into a golden masterpiece. The baking process involves a two-step approach, starting with a quick pre-bake of the crust followed by a longer bake for the entire cheesecake until the top achieves a beautiful golden brown hue.

Once out of the oven, the keto cheesecake requires a bit of patience during the cooling process. Allowing it to cool for at least 1-2 hours, or ideally longer, ensures that the pie cools through and the filling fully sets up. This thoughtful step guarantees a firm yet creamy consistency, enhancing the overall experience when sliced and savored. With only 3g of carbohydrates per serving, this dessert is a guilt-free indulgence for those adhering to a keto lifestyle, proving that delicious treats can align seamlessly with dietary goals.
