The base of this mousse is whipped cream, which provides a light and airy texture. Cocoa powder adds the chocolatey richness, while a keto-friendly sweetener brings just the right amount of sweetness without the carbs. This mousse is perfect for a quick dessert or a special treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or another keto-friendly sweetener), to taste
