Just made lasagna using egg wraps! It's sooo good! Hubby had no idea I didn't use noodles. The wraps soaked up all the flavors and stayed firm.. so good and super low carb!
My recipe is easy too..
1 pound burger
1 pound sausage
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 jar low sugar spaghetti sauce
1 large tub ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 large bags mozzarella cheese
2 bags egg wraps
1 egg
Cook burger and sausage, drain
Add tomatoes and sauce, simmer
Add ricotta cheese to a bowl with egg and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Layer egg wraps on bottom of pan.
Spread ricotta mixture on top, add a few big scoops of sauce mixture and spread evenly.
Coat with mozzarella cheese.
add a new layer of egg wraps and repeat steps above.
Bake 375 for 45 minutes.
