Keto Naan Recipe

Introduction

This Keto Naan recipe is a low-carb, gluten-free alternative to traditional naan bread. Perfect for pairing with your favorite keto-friendly dishes!

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or ghee

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley)

Instructions

Prepare the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and melted butter or ghee.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. If using optional add-ins, fold them in at this stage.
Shape the Naan
  1. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  2. Place each portion between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a flat, round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Cook the Naan
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly dishes or as a side.
Storage
  • Store leftover naan in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Reheat in a skillet or toaster oven before serving.
