This was a good plate of wanton mee. The noodles were well cooked and distinct, springy, in a lardy slightly sweet fragrant sauce, which could be a bit more savoury. Thw wantons and dumplings were smooth outside, well marinated inside, with good texture, and waterchestnuts and prawn for the dumpling. The char siew was sweet with some charring.
