Lasagna made with sweet Italian sausage, fresh spinach and mushrooms layered with ricotta cheese in a creamy Parmigiano Reggiano Cream Sauce.

"Lots of substitutions based on what I had on hand. Penne pasta instead of egg noodles, added leftover broccoli with mushrooms and used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Added salt, pepper and garlic powder. Needs more seasoning next time" ~Rebecca on Turkey Stroganoff Casserole
