In our house, Sunday is synonymous with homemade meatballs. We serve them with summer spaghetti or sometimes on top of rolls, with a big Caesar salad on the side. I always make a double batch so I can freeze some, too. They freeze like a dream, and you can toss them into sauces/soups/etc.
