The Perfect New York Cheesecake

A few days ago a friend texted me asking what she should make her mom for Mother's Day dessert this year. She went on to tell me she's hoping for something she can make well in advance, because she's working the days leading up to her Mother's Day celebration. And she doesn't want the stress of last-minute baking.

This New York cheesecake was my first thought! It's a classic dessert everyone loves, and can be made days, weeks, or even months in advance! It's divine on its own, but heaven when topped with whipped cream and strawberries.

Here's why you'll love it:

  • Make-ahead friendly (up to 2 months if you freeze it)
  • Creamy yet dense, it has that "classic" NY cheesecake texture
  • Tangy yet sweet flavor
  • Delicious with strawberry sauce and whipped cream
  • Perfect for spring celebrations like Mother's Day!
Since Mother's Day is only 3 weeks away, we'll be focusing on seasonally appropriate recipes and menus in the upcoming newsletters! If you have any requests, just respond to this email and I'll be happy to help. Xx - Ashley
