BBQ Fish Stir Fry

Once upon a time we used to eat fish every Monday and Friday. This may seem very regimented to you but in the past it would help me to write a menu for the week. Nowadays I'm less about certain meals on definite days. I still try to include fish on our menu twice a week but they don't have to be on a Monday or Friday anymore.

Instead I've turned my attention to cooking flavorsome dishes. It's to try and encourage my son Ted's love of fish. Which sadly seems to have left him. To be honest, it didn't come back with this meal either. My husband Howard and I loved it though. That's why I had to share it with you. Hopefully Ted's love of fish hasn't gone forever and it will return soon. Below is a video and recipe for you.

BBQ Fish Stir Fry

BBQ Fish Stir Fry was an easy meal to prepare and cook. It was a very simple dish that was super tasty too. You could make the sauce the day before and store it in the fridge overnight or in the freezer for a longer period. The dish, I think, needs to be eaten fresh. Therefore I wouldn't make double of this dish and freeze it. Although it does make delicious leftovers the next day. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
