Then I added the minced garlic and cooked for ONE-TWO minutes until it became fragrant. I added the raw shrimp to the skillet and cooked for THREE-FOUR minutes on each side until it was cooked through and became pink. Then I added the chopped fresh parsley, salt, lemon zest, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice to the skillet. And the I cooked for an additional 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are coated in the sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
