With a blend of almond flour and psyllium husk, these rolls are not only delicious but also high in fiber and gluten-free. Ingredients - 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 5 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 egg whites
Instructions - Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add the apple cider vinegar and egg whites to the dry mixture. Stir until combined.
- Boiling Water: Pour the boiling water into the mixture and stir until the dough thickens. The dough will become very thick and sticky.
- Form Rolls: With wet hands, form the dough into 6-8 rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
