Honestly I refuse to allow myself to hold a "grudge" for anyone. Holding a grudge limits the amount of creativity, understanding, compassion, love and fun you can have. Yes, I have had people insult me and try to injury me (in business). Those people I feel sorry for but understand what they did was done from their weakness. Do I associate with those people anymore, absolutely not. Not associating with someone is not holding a grudge. Life is to short to waste your time holding a grudge.
