We have travelled extensively and we learned something very important a long time ago. " It isn't the destination it's the journey that is important". The greatest journeys we have had have been across Canada with our children camping. We have seen both oceans but all the things along the way were greater for ourselves and our children. Plans to drive 700 kilometers turned into 200 kilometers because of all the things we stopped to see. Canada is a fantastic country with a diversity of landscapes and culture that beg you to stop and enjoy what you find. Yes we have flown to many places that have special attractions that were great to see, but they all were missing the best part of seeing them, the journey to get there. The " journey" is a hundred times more important than the " destination ".
