Keto pancakes Healthy in 1 minutes with almond flour

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Butter or coconut oil (for greasing)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg until beaten.
    • Add the almond flour, softened cream cheese, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Cook the Pancakes (Microwave Option):
    • Grease a microwave-safe plate or small dish with butter or coconut oil.
    • Pour the pancake batter onto the plate and spread it into a round shape.
    • Microwave on high for 60 seconds, or until the pancake is fully cooked and firm to the touch.
  3. Cook the Pancakes (Stovetop Option):
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter or coconut oil to grease the surface.
    • Pour the batter into the pan to form a pancake. Cook for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve:

Optional Add-ins:
