Copycat Cheesecake Factory PUMPKIN Cheesecake 🧡

I worked at 'The Cheesecake Factory' for over 5 years! I loved working there... and of course, sampling all the cheesecake flavors.

But pumpkin was my FAVE cheesecake, and I vowed to learn how to make a copycat version. And after many years, I finally did!
