Cream Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 bell peppers, halved
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Chopped onion, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until thoroughly cooked, simultaneously sautéing finely chopped onions to golden perfection.
  2. Introduce a symphony of flavors by adding garlic powder and any additional preferred seasonings to the beef mixture. Stir well to ensure an even distribution of spices.
  3. Unleash the velvety richness of cream cheese into the skillet, allowing it to meld seamlessly with the seasoned beef. Stir until the cream cheese achieves a soft, luxurious consistency.
  4. Introduce the vibrant and zesty Rotel tomatoes to the mixture, infusing the dish with a delightful medley of textures and flavors. Continue to simmer until all ingredients harmonize.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the bell peppers by halving them and optionally pre-softening in the oven for approximately 5 minutes, enhancing their tenderness.

Cream Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles (optional)

Instructions:
