Instructions: - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, melted coconut oil, and sea salt.
- Add the egg and mix until the dough comes together.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
Coconut Cream Filling Ingredients: - 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (chilled and skimmed from the top of a can of coconut milk)
